What happens to what you send.
This note covers the session request form on this site. It is written to describe what actually happens, not to make promises that cannot be kept.
What the form collects
Your name and email address are required so I can reply. Phone number, preferred date, location, aerial interest and your message are optional. Nothing else is collected.
Please don't send medical, clinical or other sensitive details through this form. It isn't needed to book a session, and this is an ordinary web form rather than a secure channel.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Netlify Forms, the service hosting this website. Submissions appear in the site's Netlify dashboard and are emailed to the photographer. Netlify processes the data on its own systems under its own terms.
How it's used
To answer your request and arrange a session. Your details are not sold, and they are not added to a marketing list or newsletter.
How long it's kept
Submissions remain in the Netlify dashboard and in email until they are deleted. If you'd like your inquiry removed, ask and it will be deleted from both.
Tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. One photograph on the visiting section is loaded from Unsplash's image service, which means your browser makes a request to that service to fetch it.
Photographs of you
Session photographs are not published publicly without your permission. Where children are photographed, permission comes from a parent or guardian. If you'd prefer your images stay private, say so and they will.
